Fabulous experience at Jacksonville Boat Sales. I started looking for a small center console late in 2019. I saw the Robalo Center Consoles on your lot which got me looking into the Robalo Brand. Once I found these boats to be high quality, I submitted a "build" on the robalo site for a R160. Within hours I got an email from Phil Mette letting me know that he was available to answer any questions I might have. Well, I had plenty of questions and Phil answered them all in an efficient and professional manner. Long story short, when I was ready to pull the trigger, I contacted Phil to let him know what I wanted, and he and the dealership made it happen. I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Robalo R160. Picked up my boat last week, and like all new boats, there was one or two non-mechanical items that needed to be fixed, but I could not be more pleased. I took it out on the water today to start breaking in my engine, and she ran beautifully. The R160 is a well built, small boat fishing machine. Thank you Phil and Jacksonville Boat Sales for making buying my new boat a no hassle deal. I'm looking forward to many of my retirement days our on the Intracoastal Waterway. I also want to mention, and thank Atlantic Coast Marine Tech Brett Elrod. Brett did a great job going over the Yamaha engine and boat with me. After our walk-thru on pick up day, I felt much more knowledgeable about my new boat and engine.
